The Team: Current members of the company have dedicated their time and expertise to provide a professional web site to placate the requirements of sellers and buyers in this information saturated age.
Both Ronda Carty and Jack Kuchenbrod have been working with a power seller learning the problems, the obstacles and detail that sellers and buyers face using another sites. Both have been providing their talent to keep over 800 auction items active and building over 100 auction lots to other sites which has given them the insight for a better market place for buyers and sellers of items.
Jack Kuchenbrod as also enlighten the team with the needs that Real Estate Agents and property owners face in today's market. Together with Ms. Carty they have developed what best fits the needs of the public and agent in an effort to market the property in the most cost efficient way.
Ronda Carty, President, comes with a vast experience from the printing industry, the computer industry and design field. She has developed Electronic Prepress departments' nationwide and provided special training to companies. Ms. Carty's experience with Apple Computer since 1985 later transformed to become part of the new development of Apple Retail. She was Assistant Manager for the Tampa Bay, FL location. She was also a Multimedia & Design instructor at the Louisville Tech Institute and owner of two local publications. She has management experience from corporate levels to departmental development. She has been responsible for hiring, assessing outside vendors, purchasing, marketing, production operations, training sales staff, operators and customer service representatives.
Bernard Schubert, Vice President Vice President has co-created the current business model since June 1998. Mr. Schubert holds a degree from Harvard University and several degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Schubert has spent considerable time developing our company's forcasting model and income streams as well as product diversification. Mr. Schubert's ability to build alliances with national and international companies will greatly benefit our growth potential. His education and abilities qualify him for expanding our business beyond the United States and seek potential markets in other countries with similar infrastructures. His language skills (Spanish, German and English) will provide the company with a much-needed insight to political and cultural barriers we may encounter. His role will also include monitoring the growth of the Internet market in Europe and Latin America.
Jack Kuchenbrod, Marketing & HR Director has assisted Ms. Carty with the research and development since the concept was conceived. Being a Licensed Realtor in the State of Kentucky he knows the obstacles first hand to assist the company. Mr. Kuchenbrod is a graduate of Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science and has provide all the necessary tasks required for dealing with new employees and employee insurance as well as other HR necessities. His experience of ISO 9000 programs will be a benefit for our company to achieve ISO 9002 certification.
Jayesh Wadhwani Web & IT Specialist • With over 15 years of programming experience, Mr. Wadhwani has developed from concept to deployment many sites that require PHP, JavaScript, HTML, XML, mySQL, Sajax, Modx, Smarty, Zoop framework, Pear, CakePHP. Holding a Master of Science and Electrical Engineering, Mr. Wadhwani has also taught Digital Electronics, Assembly Language Programming and Calculus courses at the Metropolitan Technical Institute in Fairfield, New Jersey. Mr. Wadhwani understands globe commerce and has successfully sourced and executed projects from U.S, Germany and Canada to India. The Ad Service, Inc. calls upon Mr. Wadhwani for many added touches to the portal site and the continued development of added features.
