• Unopened collectible containers that cannot be obtained in any retail location or outlet. The container is more valuable than the alcohol content. (Buyers must meet the legal age within their state of residence).

• Collectibles, including alcohol-related memorabilia, packaging, containers, bottles, decanters, or cans can be listed. Please note the above rule if containers, bottles, decanters, or cans are not empty.

• Beer and Wine making kits and supplies are allowed.

• Food products that use alcohol for flavor are allowed. Only licensed manufactured products shall be listed, i.e. candy company, pie manufacture, chocolate manufacture, sauce manufacture etc.

Animals - Wildlife - Remains - Artifacts Live animals or wildlife living shall not be listed due to laws and regulations. Remains of any human nature shall not be allowed. Remains that are prohibited and protected by laws and regulations such as ivory tusks, items carved from ivory shall not be allowed. Animal traps in which harm shall come to the animal shall not be listed. Internal organs or parts from any animal. No artifacts that are protected under federal or any protection act shall not be listed.

• Catch and release traps are allowed such as cages in which no harm is done to the animal.

• Pelts, furs, skin from only non-endangered animals shall be allowed. If not in violation of the seller's specific state laws and no part of any cat or dog.

Automotive Vehicle license plates from Delaware, vehicle identification Number (VIN) plate or plate parts, Vehicle titles. Emergency vehicle lighting and sirens and Traffic light control devices

• Vehicle license plates must be at least 3 years old.

• Vehicle titles must be issued with the matching vehicle for sale.

Batteries No battery that contains mercury.

• Unless allowed to be sold pursuant to all federal, state and local laws and transportation of the item.

Badges Any law enforcement badges, police, federal, state or local, Bureaus, international, Border Patrol and Customs, private security companies or investigators that will be in violation of National Security Measures.

Catalogs, Documents, Manuals & Mailing List. Due to age restrictions of contents contained within catalogs. Information that is of any non-public in nature such as blueprints, design plans, and internal manuals, legal documents or any information that is of national security concern shall not be listed. Compiled list of personal information, names, addresses, phone numbers, credit information or personal identifying information.

Clothing Used All clothing should be clean due to laws and regulations and for hygiene concerns no listing of used underwear or garments such as shall be listed. No Government, State, Local or Private uniform shall be listed for National Security Reasons.

• Uniforms that are retired or over 10 yrs old and regarded as a collectables can be listed.

Counterfeit No listing of counterfeit coins, paper money or stamps of any kind. Any product that is considered a knock-off of a brand, such as Fossil, Tommy Hilfiger etc. and it is described as an original or authentic in the listing is considered counterfeit. Drivers Licenses, Credit Cards or Bank Checks.

• Coins that are produced as elongated coins, misprints of paper money, misstruck coins and paper money that has no value in tender.

Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia No drugs of any kind shall be listed that is deemed narcotic, steroid, street drugs or other controlled substances including any drug that requires an authorized prescription to a person or animal. Pipes designed for illegal drug smoking cannot be listed.

Embargoed Goods, Prohibited Countries, International Sales Items from ban or regulated countries between the United States. Review the regulations before listing. Office of Foreign Asset Control Bureau of Industry and Security

Food & Food Products Review the Government regulations before listing any food related item including imported food products.

Government Related Items Such as ID’s, licenses, government medals, uniforms, drivers licenses, passports and personal identification information documents of any kind.

Hazardous Materials Any item that contains any form of hazardous ingredient cannot be listed. Review the listing provided by the USPS (http://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/welcome.htm) Pesticides. See US EPA and USDA for more information.

Illegal Activity Any item, instructions or devices that are used for creation of forgeries cannot be listed.

Locks & Keys Any lock picking set, device or instruction of how to pick a lock. Any key making device or machine.

Offensive Material items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance, or items that promote organizations with such views.

Political Memorabilia Reproduced items must follow the U.S. Federal law Hobby Protection Act

Postage Meters Of any kind can not be listed.

Recalled Items For information please see the US Consumer Products Safety Commission for more information on items that have been recalled.

Stocks, Securities, Solicitations Stocks, Bonds, Certificates or Securities are not permitted. No solicitations for investments are allowed.

• Stocks and Certificates that are of a collection purpose and no longer hold any legal value.

• A note entered into text format or a logo place in an ad to donate to a charity or an organization is allowed only for awareness and your personal belief to assist and not collection or solicitation for the organization.

• Certificates that are used as awards or gifts and hold no investment purpose are allowed.

Stolen Property Can never be listed on this service. Also any removal or alterations of serial numbers and/or identification marks that an item once held should remain fully intact without alteration.

Tobacco in any form such as loose, packaged, cigarettes, cigars or smokeless tobacco cannot be listed.

• Collectible tobacco packaging, related memorabilia, cigar boxes can be listed as long as they are not able to be obtained in any retail location or outlet

Tickets Some states have regulated the resell of event tickets. Please check your state ruling before listing. No lottery ticket of any kind can be listed.

Travel Club Memberships of any kind are not allowed.

Weapons, Firearms, Ammunition & Knives. All Federal, State and Local Laws apply to any listing within these items. Shipment must be to a FFL Dealer for transfer of any firearm.

As you know or may not, there are rules for shipping any functioning firearm and certain parts of a firearm, typically the part that contains the serial number must be treated as a complete firearm when shipping the item. You MUST ship to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. Buyers should be able to pass a background check, be of legal age of their state and local laws. The buyer is to provide the to the seller by fax or mail a copy of the licensee's signed FFL license from where the transfer will take place. A seller can only ship the firearm to the address on the license. Seller's can check the provided information at the FFL eZcheck and may request additional information such as proof of ID from the buyer. The seller must inform the carrier that the package contains a firearm. A firearm cannot be shipped loaded nor can ammunition be shipped in the same box. The seller should take the copy of the signed FFL with the item to be shipped in case the shipper requests verification. It is also wise to place the buyer's name and contact information inside the shipment. FLL Dealers will then know the item is intended for transfer and to who. FFL Dealer's should also be willing to answer any questions you may have. Keep in mind that payment services such as PayPal will not allow transactions for firearms. It is your responsibility, both seller and buyer to be in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws in relationship to firearm sales.
